Your trusted partner for clear and reliable imaging. We combine advanced technology with compassionate care to make every visit simple, comfortable, and stress free.
Celebrating the Journey to Motherhood
At ProCare Ultrasound, we understand how precious each moment of your pregnancy is and your desire to cherish and preserve those moments. What makes us different from doctor's offices and other "entertainment" 3D ultrasound places is that we have a unique business model that combines the best of both worlds. Unlike most "entertainment" ultrasound places, we don't require you to be under the care of a doctor, and we can identify and diagnose any potential issues during the session. On the other hand, at doctor's offices, you may receive the necessary diagnostics but not necessarily the warm and awe-inspiring experience of witnessing the miracle of life.
Diagnostic Services
Unlike other imaging places that only offer services for fun and entertainment, our office focuses on medical diagnostics, but we also have some special options available (see below) that you might find memorable or want to keep as a keepsake. Whether you need an early pregnancy confirmation or want more affordable rates for standard ultrasound diagnostics, you can choose from our medical services or check out our other OB packages listed below.

FAQ’s
What is an ultrasound?
Ultrasound is one of the safest and least invasive diagnostic imaging tools available. It uses high-frequency sound waves — not radiation — to create real-time images of the body. These sound waves produce echoes that are captured and displayed on a screen, allowing doctors to evaluate internal organs and soft tissues such as the heart, liver, uterus, ovaries, kidneys, and blood vessels. Unlike X-rays, ultrasound does not focus on bones and involves no discomfort and minimal preparation.
Is ultrasound safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Ultrasound is one of the most widely used imaging tools in obstetrics because it does not use radiation. It is safe for both mother and baby when performed by trained professionals.
How does ultrasound work?
Ultrasound uses sound waves to create pictures of the inside of the body. A handheld device called a probe sends out sound waves, which bounce back as echoes. These echoes are then converted into images that doctors and technologists can see on a screen.
Is 3D ultrasound stronger than 2D ultrasound?
No. Both 2D and 3D ultrasound use the same sound waves and strength. The difference is that 3D ultrasound processes the returning echoes in a way that creates more detailed, three-dimensional images.
How many ultrasounds are typically done during pregnancy?
The number of ultrasounds varies depending on the pregnancy and the healthcare provider's recommendations. Most women have at least two: one in the first trimester to confirm pregnancy and estimate due date, and another around 18–22 weeks to check the baby's growth and development. Additional ultrasounds may be done if needed.
What can ultrasound detect during pregnancy?
ltrasound can provide important information such as:
Confirmation of pregnancy and due date The baby’s heartbeat Growth and development The position of the placenta The baby’s movements and position Detection of some birth differences or complications
